What we do

Anyone whose role involves running workshops or team events needs skills in bringing the best out of groups. Through highly participative workshops we enable delegates to develop their skills in helping a group to achieve its objectives, managing group dynamics and knowing how and when to intervene.

What we have done

Big ‘5' accounting firm
Delivery on an on-going basis of Facilitation skills training, including a standard module as well as bespoke events such as a one day workshop for Sales Directors, and a half day workshop for fifty account planners.

International business consultancy
We have developed a pool of consultant facilitators whose role involves running client strategy workshops. Bespoke design and delivery of facilitation skills with an emphasis on facilitating strategic workshops.
