What we do

We help people to grasp the essential difference between leadership and management skills. We use a range of methods such as questionnaires, case studies and role-play exercises to help delegates work on and develop their own unique Leadership style.

What we have done

City Law Firm
We regularly run a programme entitled ‘Leaders for Change' which enables those who attend to look at their own role as Leaders in promoting internal organisational change. We use actor role players to role-play tricky influencing situations they may have to deal with.

Aid Agency
We run a programme entitled ‘Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring', which helps delegates to identify their own Leadership style and helps them to develop their coaching and mentoring skills.
