What we do

We bring a highly participative approach to developing influencing skills. We encourage delegates to take an in depth look at different styles of influencing, through the use of words, language and personal impact.

What we have done

City law firm
We have worked with senior support staff to help them develop their skills in influencing Partners. In this programme we also use a diagnostic questionnaire to help delegates understand their possible impact upon others.

Oil major
Have run a five-day influencing skills programme for supervisors and managers which enables participants to articulate their views more effectively whether that be internally or externally with sub-contractors and suppliers. We have contributed to this programme for more than 10 years and it has been shown to provide enormous benefits to both individuals and the company.
