Big ‘5' accountancy firm
Assisted in the development of a pool of 200 Client Service Coaches whose role is to champion and coach staff at all levels in the firm's new philosophy and approach to client service.

‘Open' Coaching programmes
We have run programmes on the open market to assist senior professionals develop their coaching skills.
