What we doManaging change internally is often very difficult because of the strength of the existing culture and our natural resistance to change. It is common for internally driven change projects to run out of steam before the intended changes have taken place. A series of unsuccessful projects can generate feelings of cynicism and increasing antagonism to any new projects. We bring an external perspective to the planning and implementation of a change project which looks at both where difficulties or resistance might be expected and where unexpected positive gains might be found.
