What we do

Managing change internally is often very difficult because of the strength of the existing culture and our natural resistance to change. It is common for internally driven change projects to run out of steam before the intended changes have taken place. A series of unsuccessful projects can generate feelings of cynicism and increasing antagonism to any new projects. We bring an external perspective to the planning and implementation of a change project which looks at both where difficulties or resistance might be expected and where unexpected positive gains might be found. We then work with you to help plan to manage the difficult areas and develop the positive opportunities of the project.

What we have done

ODA Bangladesh
Designed and ran many workshops for senior Bangladeshi civil servants to assist the introduction of changes and building of commitment to projects in the natural gas and finance sectors.

Oil major
Assisted in design of events and coaching of change managers to recover progress on a financial change project that was not delivering.

NHS Cambridge
Worked with the IT Services Group to determine the needs of IT Service stakeholders and develop options for going forward.
