What we do

We design bespoke events and offer open (public) programmes that enable people to relate better to others. Participants leave our programmes more confident, better able to build relationships and handle conflicts constructively.

What we have done

Finance company

Over a period of time, worked with the Finance Director and senior Finance managers on developing a range of skills to meet the group's learning needs. A two-day Presentation Skills programme was followed four months later by a one-day Assertiveness workshop and then three months later by two days on core Management skills. A one-day workshop was held at the end of the year to consolidate the year's training and review the workshops.

Software company

Assisted in the development of the training strategy followed by designing and running a three-day programme for managers entitled "Managing Yourself and Others". This has run successfully over three years.
